The McQueen incident was bizarre. When he dropped the ball you couldn't definitively say whether it went backwards before it first touched the ground, irrespective of which way the player was facing. Therefore it should revert to the on-field ref's call, which was no-try. It was almost as if the VR was basing the decision on the fact the ball end up rolling backwards
after it hit the ground. Good job it didn't cost KR the game.
