Shame for him having missed out for a while last season as well.

Wishing him a speedy and more importantly a full recovery.

I hope ‘out injured’ doesn’t become the tagline to Ashton’s career.

The main attribute to Ashton is his speed and maybe the said ability to listen and learn, the rest of his game is raw. But for his pace, he wouldn’t otherwise be my choice over Thelwis.
If this injury does affect his natural running ability, he may find himself getting a gig alway from the HJ.

Had quite a bad hamstring tear last year and it didn’t seem to slow him down, so hopefully same this time.

Hopefully these injuries don't destroy his pace, not seen enough of him to really know if he can adapt to the game without it?

We've had a few players in recent years who suffered countless injuries and came out the other side. Hopefully he'll be another.
