I hate to say it, but I'm slowly falling out of love with the game. That was an absolutely awful half of RL & was difficult to watch as a fan - so God only knows what neutrals must make of it.
Are sides incapable of doing the basics anymore?... we, especially, look totally uncoached. Dropped passes, zero kicking game, zero attacking prowess. And this isn't a one off.
Not for the first time in recent times, I'm close to turning off... Even Love Island has more appeal that this stuff.

Both sides are playing two games in the space of 3-4 days... i know we had a couple weeks off before that but I can't imagine the protocols and general way the season is having to play out wouldn't take its toll in some way.

I'll stick with it, always (I think), but it's really hard to give you an arguement, DSM.
That was a tough watch.
Gone are the days, when a televised SL game was seen as must watch.

That first half was dreadful
It wasn't so long ago that, on most weekends, there would be at least one Sky game that would be a good watch, now it seems to be an absolute effort to get through a game without flicking channels.
It's difficult to recall many games this season, that I would want to watch again.
We have been awful, kendal has been a disgrace IMO. Leeds stepping off the mark and interfering with the ptb all first half.
It looked at the start it was going to be a penalty or set restart every set Leeds had, for not much as well. Then following set he doesn't see any infringements! There was a high tackle on Mamo just before Charnleys try was (correctly) chalked off. Where was out penalty for that or even a mention of it?
Surely there’s a winger in the academy that can offer more than charnley ? Liability
Penalty-milking chancer and a turnstile to boot. Against Wigan he moved inside, making a massive gap for their tries, on both occasions. Hopefully Powell sends him packing.
RE what others have said about stopping watching, I'm the same. The level of officiating coupled with the dire skill on show (every week not just when teams are playing stacked up games) means I'm often embarrassed to watch with neutrals. Plus sky are doing my head in like never before. Four or five idiots falling over themselves to big up whoever has the lead, before changing their tune ten minutes from the end. Kids could do better. I'd really love to see BT take over and have a clearout, but there's no chance.
