That is brilliant news. Not just for the on-the-day coverage, but it also means RL will get more general coverage from the BBC.

Expecting to see some great viewing figures after the success of Channel 4.

BBC reportedly 'outbid' C4, so I assume they offered more money. I liked the C4 coverage but I think BBC will bring more viewers (even on BBC 2) which should be the main measure for the Free to air coverage.

RFL said confirmation on any deal will be announced later this month.

I actually quite liked Amor, thought he came across well and is actually understandable...which is more than can be said about Sky's lot.
