2024 Challenge Cup Sixth Round Draw The draw for the sixth round of the 2024 Betfred Challenge Cup took place tonight at the BBC studios in Salford with former League star Iestyn Harris doing the honours of revealing the ties. All twelve Super League sides were looking to avoid one another with just three wins required for a Wembley appearance, while the remaining four sides from outside the top division; Batley Bulldogs, Featherstone Rovers, Halifax Panthers and Sheffield Eagles, were all looking for a big pay day and a potential Super League scalp. The cup might be our best bet this year as we're still in development, and something positive to build on. I know how you feel though, in the past few years it's just been a distraction from what we should have been focusing on.

Agree about playing the Pies at the Pie Dome, but having watched St Helens scrape a win against Leigh and then getting beat by Salford, I reckon it`s 50/50 for us if we played them in the Challenge Cup at the "Totally Wicked Stadium"

I was hoping for Batley away.
Not been to Mount pleasant since the mid 90's.
London at home is not a bad draw and should be another opportunity for game time for the likes of Holroyd, Wood and maybe Lindop. I also wondered if we might see Lucas Green recalled for a couple of weeks

So London 2 weeks running. If there is any intention to rest anyone then do it in the cup game and go full team in the league game.

I'm sure I posted here already but it isn't showing up? Anyway, I'd be up for a cup run; 2019 seems a long ways off now and we're realistically unlikely to trouble the doorstep of OT come September and there's nothing else up for grabs aside from the LLS.
I think a Wembley win would reignite the spark in the town and be a good marker for Sam's first season along with a 4th/5th place finish?
