Been told very reliably that TB was'nt allowed to get on with what he wanted to do with the team he knew what was needed but was kept on a short leash so to speak so was very frustrated hence he walked even though it was said it was mutual that he left so for me the problems need sorting much deeper than the coach,the coach should have control of the team surely ,the club needs flushing out and i dont mean by replacing the coach again .

If you are refering to me i was just pointing out changing the coach is a waste of time IF they are not allowed to coach the way they want as TB was'nt .
