Well I think we have better centres than Nanyn because he is coming to the end of his career.

What surprises me however is how they have the money to sign him and others and even with wealthy backers do even the expansionists envisage a well suppported team in the North East ?

I won,t mention teams to the far South West or South East but I do wonder where the money to fund this is actually coming from.

Is it a case of speculate to accumalate ?

I think it's four now Steve - and they are not just Aussies, but former NRL players too! Their chairman says we will see a 'different' Gateshead in the second half of the season! Lucky us, we'll get to see them twice then! Their website is very vague, at best, about where players come from!
