It's amazing how most wee slagging him off a few weeks back, and now he can't get nough praise, got to agree I can't wait for the new 6 to come over and take some pressure off him.

Just want to say a big well done to Ian Watson. Considering he was apparently ill during the week and only cleared to play after a late fitness test, that was a very good performance that he put in. It is a breath of fresh air to see players who are desperate to play rather than the other way round. His attitude is superb and an example to others, many of whom are younger than him. Well done Ian!

Agree completely - played very well at Fev and if he's been struggling earlier in the week it was a superb effort.

Luckily, he very rarely misses a game. (touch wood!!)

I hope we are busy sorting him a contract for next year? The way Widnes Chief Steve O'Connor spoke about him at the after match presentations, folowing the Widnes game, he obvious knows who our best player is! In fact, he hoped Watson wouldn't be 'fit' the next time we played Widnes!

Cant fault his skill or effort again..... but desperatly needs Williams over at 6 to help him.
