Throughout Covid, never once has Leigh been considered as a neutral venue to host multiple SL games.
These games should have been held centrally in either Huddersfield or Headingley. With a little more imagine, to get 10,000 fans in the RFL could have booked Elland Road or the Eithad.
Booking Either Elland Rd Or the John Smiths Stadium in Huddersfield would be a Complete waste of money
There's going to be a Maximum of 600 tickets per Team , Added To that Club Representatives and Media They'll be less than 4500 /5000 in a 12000 Capacity stadium, And of course the Majority of the Media is based on and Around Manchester
I Believe when you say Based "More Centrally " And as your RL Fans Avatar has the M1 You may be Based in Yorkshire, ?? The days of RL Being based in and around and also Favouring small former pit villages in that county has long gone, If you weren't aware the RFL Now based at The City of Manchester stadium. Superleague based by Manchester Piccadilly rail station , So the Local game for Local people Hopefully going to be consigned to the past . PS I'm not a Leigh Supporter.
