Keiron has been appointed as Head of Youth & Women's Rugby. According to the press release he will be coaching the women's team with a view to building a competitive Super League 1 side, whilst laying the groundwork for a future academy setup at Leigh when we have permission to run one.

I think this is a brilliant appointment. I have a lot of respect for Keiron and think that he will do a tremendous job in his new role. Bodes well for the future of our Women's side and our youth academy.

“I am really pleased to be able to bring Kieron back to the club as I was disappointed when we lost him through miscommunication when I was on holiday, but I am sure the additional experience gained during his time at Widnes and Hull FC will bring even more benefit to us."

No wonder we used to be called "the Comics".
