In years gone by, we would more often than not, capitulate to second half pressure in tight games. Tonight it seems like we did exactly the opposite. Lammy said after the game, that he challenged the team at halftime to show their maturity and what they had learned as a group this season. They responded with a win that has lifted us to clear second after a Pies loss and Warrington loss.
We didn’t put away the game in Catalan but we were able to do that tonight. Not the finished article yet but a team we can all be proud of.
