What can fans do in their spare time now that the season is over. My suggestion and particularly for older fans is to consider writing a fictional novel that is loosely based on what you know about your own family history.
Not only have I written six novels all set in South Lancashire in a series that starts in the 1962/63 winter. I have also written three pages of advice aimed at encouraging others to do something similar.
