As a Hull FC fan we have the same problem with traditionalists wanting black and white hoops.
Have to say i like your new season shirt its a good modern design unlike the Hull FC effort which is very poor from a design point of view in fact amateurish.
Don't have a problem with your '24 home shirt, Bonaire. The hoops may not be the width or spacing of the trad kit (Leigh's C&W hoops were mauled kit-wise season on season) but it is still, unmistakably an FC shirt. There isn't another club that Bongser can think of that sports those hoops - if there is, we're unlikely to see them in SL any time soon.
Leigh's colours did clash with an established SL team and so, with the advent of IMG in RL, the theme had to change before Looney Tunes said "That's All Folks!"
As you say, Leigh's '24 shirt is a good MODERN design.
If you want to bemoan the demise of C&W, Satanic Mills, let your old mate, B&B, take you back to around '94-'95 (? - Lifting Gear Hire was the sponsor); the design (in our trad colours) was all swirly, like a newly presented massala sauce!! L'ancienne Mme de Bongseur hated it - she, Bongser feels sure, deliberately left a hot iron on it. Wore it still in "retro-spite".
