Does anybody understand the Match Review Panel?

1. Brad Fash - testicle grab (no case to answer)
2. Edwin Ipape - some unknown incident (1 match)
3. Chris Hill - Strangulation and neck drop tackle (with a second full-weight drop and stray fist, then Wrestling Jack Hughes on the floor) (Yellow card sufficient)
