Leigh Miners make the short trip across the canal tomorrow evening when they play Leigh east in there final league game of the season. With miners losing there last five matches they know they will have to improve if they want to take the local bragging rights against an inform east side who only need one more point to clinch the minor premiership. Kick off 7-30pm at LSV.

Great match in prospect - get down to East for your RL fix this week - even if you are lucky enough to be going to France

Miners were bloody awesome and dented the Red and Blacks title hopes.
This must rank as one of the DARK SIDES finest hours coming back from 18-4 down to completly dominate the final quarter playing open attractive rugby.
East much larger pack visibly wilted under the tremendous powerful tackling of the much smaller Miners pack.
Winston will be a proud coach tonight and rightly so still undefeated agianst Leigh East in the top flight.

No doubt East will get their league leaders title but they'll never have the town bragging rights!!!!
