Goodbye to Knowsley Road and another traditional RL ground, though you wouldn't believe how many Saints fans were in the pub within 5 minutes of the final hooter - I remember plenty of Leythers still wandering aimlessly around the terraces for probably half an hour after the last game at HP, and I believe there are still some folk wandering around the cheese aisle of Wigan Tescoe waiting for a game to kick off.

I still have my own piece of Hilton Park in my garage. It's too big to fit in my house!

Exactly. The different experiences of the different RL grounds are all merging in to one with each identikit stadium.

My piece of Hilton Park is the centrepiece of my back garden, by the way

Oh I completely agree with you that these boring concrete and plastic stadiums have no identity. That's why LSV should allow us to rename the stands and put up pictures of legends in the North Stand. What part of HP have you got Matt?

Atmosphere at the ground last night was strange very flat for the last game,probably something to do with the bish bash rugby Potter has changed to playing no longer the Entertainers IMO.

I've got one of the 'Concession' signs above the turnstiles for the Tommy Sale Terrace.

It was and I was surprised they had so many there.

That try just on HT by Cudjoe had me jumping up and down like when a Leyther player scores. Was brilliant and worth the admission alone.

I had a decent enough view and I honestly cannot see why they are being forced out to go to a town with absolutely no infrastructure although they do have a railway station because of their geographical location.
