We've been overwhelmed with the encouragement and support of the players association. More so with the offer of supporters wanting to remember past players who are no longer with us.I've also had an email from the Grandson of Nebby Cleworth, who would like to remember Nebby and sponsor him for the association.

Plans are coming together to celebrate the launch of the heritage numbers (that will appear on the players' match shirts after the launch)
At the launch, we want to have a child to grace the LSV for every player who has played since 1895 - nearly 1390 players. If you want to remember a relative, you could nominate a child to represent your relative.
We are also looking at getting some kind of momento for all members of the association. This will have the name of the player and their unique heritage number. Again, if you sponsor a player, we will arrange for the momento to be presented to you.
