Well I don`t know wether he`s off to Leigh or not but when he was off the field today did you look like a side who could have beaten us?
It`s like someone said on our own board we wouldn`t want him to go to Leigh or anywhere else but if he does so be it. I have faith in our coaching set up that we can attract as good a player to replace him like the good players we have .Me thinks Paul Rowley can`t do that so may try to put all his eggs into one basket by trying to play the friendship card to sign by offering more money.But that will leave less for the rest of the squad most good players look at the big picture about a team unless they are offered a great deal more.I say good luck to Penky whatever he decides to do he has done a very good job at Fax and I would wish him well wherever he goes but I hope he stays with us but not a disaster if he goes.

Heard from a good source today that he signed a new two year deal at Fax this morning before the game. With an option for a third year if we get into SL.

i thin penky didnt have his best game i think thats cause he was trying too hard to play better against his home town club he was trying to hard.

we have other players than penky but he is one of the best players in the league and we need to keep hold of him cause there are a lot of good teams who would happily take him off our hands.

By all accounts most of our players have signed for next year. It was mentioned that theres 3 or 4 that havnt yet, one being Wilson, another being Shad who may be going to Aus for personal reasons.

But anyway whether they have signed or not look at it this way. Any single player playing for us at the moment would be wrong in their head to sign for another team in this league only half way through the season. They are playing for one of the top teams in the league, enjoying their rugby, challenging for honours, getting paid well with all win bonuses, i cant see them being in any rush to sign for a team like Leigh, no disrespect intended.

It should have been six more. I have never seen such an obviously good try as Penky's disallowed and the ref was stood right in front of him!
