Don't blame the lsv for the poor performance of the club - when leigh recently beat widnes at the lsv the posts where very different.
The franchise system is the biggest cause - taking away the clubs ability to challenge for sl is the problem for me.
But to think the lsv is the root of leighs problems is wrong in my opinion. They have a facility but a business run by amateurs and volunteers.

There is no doubt as a club we are underperforming both on and off the pitch , but also the total lack of reality of the LSV management is not helping things
They have been hampered by some incredibly bad planning and building decisions but unless things start to change in a big way the sustainability of both the club and the LSV will be in doubt
All are to blame and all need to look to work together to rectify things
But I somehow doubt it will happen , possibly pride and an ill concieved self importance will get in the way |

The Stadium as been open for some 6 months now.......I would love to know how much of a loss it's running at ??.................Only Leigh East seem to be raking it in on match days.............can anyone seriously see the position improving ?? |

I would counter that argument by saying the LSV is run either by amatuers or idiots
It would seem every suggestion made to the LSV is met with a negative response

To cheer all us LRLFC fans up the LSV company could declare that they are no longer able to trade & that they have to sell their assets.Leigh rlfc directors could then simply purchase the ground at a knock down price & all will be well in the world.
