Anyone get the feeling we will be lucky to make the top 4 next season ?
As it stands we have no Head Coach & not enough player's to start a game.

Ste , I’m trying to be positive , I think we already have a Coach , and he will be named soon , I’m worried it’s Marshall though , I think we will have a team to compete and be up there .Hopefully .

It feels like the same old story is being repeated once again. Losing our best players, late start to recruitment, missing the best available players, delaying announcement of signings and so it goes on. Let’s hope for the announcement of some head turning names soon, building confidence that we can hit the ground running, and challenge for the top, Having the good doctor on board would give a real boost to confidence.

Not happening. Lam is named.. The good doc sits at home and watches. Never to be seen again.
Did you actually think Mr Beaumont would put Leigh in jeopardy?

The club requires stability not head turning names. Looks like everything is going to plan. Unless of course your wisdom can out weigh Chester.

Avoiding the fact that we have Leigh fans on the Fax message board saying they will walk this league, Im actually surprised that Beaumont left recruitment so late. It does really look like he had pinned his hopes on a last minute SL reprieve when in fact he should have been planning for this season from around 7 or 8 games in. As soon as the deadline passed where he could have talked to players he should have been all over it yet all we hear is how Leigh have struggled because some of the players that have left they didn't even talk to until they had signed for other clubs. That said Im sure Leigh will get a team on the field that will make the top 6 and be really competitive I just think they may get a surprise just how far Fev are in front of them

Today I was informed (by the same fella who told me about Leigh signing Anthony Gelling before it was official) that Joel Tomkins is set to retire and not play for us next season.

He should be part of the training staff . His experience would be second to none.
