I'm going back again everyday... it's the only way I can come to terms with losing the old place.

I've always been a nostalgic kind of person and I find it hard giving up this place which although ageing badly had so much character.

Of course it is. I have had many happy moments there and many crushing ones.

I,ll miss the place but it,s time to let it go.

I can,t go back to look it,s been where i have spent a good few years over a lifetime of supporting the only team I,ll ever and have been be able to follow with passion.

The memory will live on. Things that are important to an individual do.

I just hope younger fans who perhaps will be there for the first time this season,following the brilliant season ticket initiative feel the same way about the LSV more than half a century from now.

maybe 'cos the last game ended in defeat

i must admit, i thought it was quite fitting, that if leigh couldn't score the last points at the venue, at least they were scored by a player who will probably have a fifteen year plus career, and hopefully, will take s/l by storm very soon

We dug up the centre spot from the pitch yesterday . looks lovely in my garden .

Obviously you aren't intending using it in a lawn! Even Billy Lea couldn't get the grass to grow on it!!

You can notice the difference in the grass .
That little spot of grass will be tended with tlc
