Mission Impossible Weekend Round Up There was no way that Warrington could win – so they did. Only Budgers went for that and possibly out of sheer contrariness. No matter, 50 points to him and a big fat zilch for the rest of us. A less surprising win in the 1895 Cup Final, but there were still only three scorers: 50 ponts to Zools, 36 to Bongser and 30 to EVVO-come-lately. WWBs of a further 50 points to each of Budge & Zools. So we have a Brasso Swilling Cup Challenge Champion. Well Done Vancouver Leyther! Btw you also had a belting weekend when we played Widnes. More later. RANKINGS: Vanners – 772 Zools -731 Chazzer – 677 EVVO – 691 Bongser – 662 Atomic – 637 Chayders – 625 Pubbers – 598 Wanderer – 581 Budge – 164 This would have been posted earlier but for the heroics at Headingley. Bongser had to watch the last wicket partnership highlights repeatedly due to his dewy-eyedness. His late father loved Test Cricket and would have revelled in that victory.
