You are probably right Col. More money than sense, me! Although I suspect Ian's, Harry's and my feelings are more in line with the majority of fans, at the moment. Roll on Christmas - I've asked Santa for some of what Starbug's on! I wonder why he is exhorting us all to go and watch Wigan, (who are actually my local team) rather than Warrington?
Because Wigan win things , I too would be a Wire before a pie , and I thoroughly enjoyed my last visit to the DW , my team won
I'm not ' on ' anything Alan , just sat here knowing I am unable to do anything to change our current situation , so I just sit and wait , things might get worse , they might get better , whatever happens I'll be along to buy my ticket and support the people wearing the shirts , that's what fans do
Interesting that quite often after a match or upon visiting a pub during the following week , even at work with workmates and people at various outlets I'll hear " Leigh are/were Sh** last week " from ' fans ' who haven't bought a ticket in years , decades even , do I care what they say ? , nope

That's a really good replie GUBRATS isnt it,U are really blinkered towards Leigh and God help anyone that criticises Leigh,if people listen to u there'd be no one watching Leigh because all u do is keep telling everyone to go and watch someone else because the're not happy with what's going on
Gunners , if you decide to follow LRLFC you do so fully aware that you are unlikely to be visiting Wembley or OT to watch your team , ' success ' is what we witnessed in 2015/6/7 , that's probably as good as it will ever be for anybody currently watching the team in their lifetime , that's the way it is , it will be a 3/4 good years followed by 3/4 years of struggles
If that isn't enough for anybody , they do have other options , the DW being one of them
I've said before , I'm a Leyther through and through, but the DW is a great Stadium to watch games, also in Shaun Wane they had a great Coach, who fully deserved Coach of the Year, I know Shaun and know we haven't seen the last of him.Maybe one day he will be Leigh's Coach, now we would have a chance of winning summat then, as he hates losing. You never know.

Who were you supporting then?
Like Ian, I'm venting my disappointment at the situation we are in. I feel frustrated that, with better managing, (at a number of levels) we wouldn't be in this situation - again. I guess it must be an age thing, (no offence Ian! ) whereby, at my age '3/4 years' seems a long time to wait!

Will Griggs on fire , your defence is terrified , Wigan Athletic 1 , Man City a big fat ZERO

Without a dropped pass at Warrington in our middle 8 fixture last year we would have retained SL status and could have easily emulated Catalans success in this seasons Challenge Cup , that's how fine a line we were on

Alan without Derek we would not have reached SL, we would be losing about 100k per season mid table in the championship
Col, for my sins I love a bet on the Horses, some say I will follow John Gosden and Nick Henderson (Horse Trainers)down a blind alley in the dark to back their horses, and probably right.Next season hopefully my hunger for the great game and Leigh Centurions will be as strong as ever. My point being, yeah Im very disappointed at the moment, but I feel I'm entitled to voice my opinion about this without folk having a go, just because I have the Audacity to have a different opinion to theirs.
We have never met as far as I know, but you know me enough to say, you bet I will be there next season.Of course I will, Mrs Caroli calls me Karl Pilkington, because I moan so much,it's just me.
That's the spirit No I don't think we've met as obviously I'd have remembered the red nose and the shoes But it's not hard to spot a true fan, and your right up there - being a Leigh fan is what it is, don't know from one season to the next what we are getting, but it's in the blood
