Well I live in the posh part of Salford so unless I post a rumour I usually make clear it is made up.

I am actually a fan of NK but I don,t have a problem with Paul Rowley.

What I still would like explaining to me in plain English is this.................if NK was head coach and isn,t now but is still in charge of coaching ? who decides on team selection and tactics and in case I am not clear who has the final say ?

The coach picks the team, the manager/director dictates policy and negotiates signings the coach wants, he also deals with the paper work, of which there is a surprising amount, if a club is wanting to run a successful 1st reserve, 18's and a scholarship now or in the future then the manager overees the whole, quite simple like a leadership structure in any organisation.

A yes or no would satisfy me.

Technically speaking PR has total control of team selection and tactics.

With the amount of sheep attending LSV every other week we will have to higher a Sheppard.

Course you could say the same thing about other former coaches although they don,t do any paperwork for the club.

He's in a job though earning money for his family, if he went now he may never come back to rugby league again.
