Well there were a stack of millionares sitting waiting when 'Don Perry' was chairman, then they were still waiting when 'The Mob' took over, then were still waiting when Arthur took over, the splinters in their ar$es must have turned gangrenous by now.

Any business needs to know where it is currently, where it wants to be, how and what it needs to get there and where the finance will come from.
Once it is clear in these areas, it must put a structure together that will allow its ambitions to be met.
If I was to score how well LRLFC do in the above its zero at best, and there is the problem.
How do we go forward?
Start again, be honest, engage people and put the right people in the right positions. The incumbants cant do it and expecting a new administration to pay back Directors loans will exclude new investment.

You say these millionaires are sitting in waiting but have they actually approached the club? how can they expect to take full control without asking and if they have and been told no then it's all a bit pointless mentioning them!

Thats always been the main problem. Then the negotiating can start about who wants paying what etc. Didn't one director that stepped down hold out for money ? Nope. 1p a share, and I'm sure the investment could have conditions by the new person(s) just like LISA does.
If investors are there then make themselves known, I'm sure AT would love to talk to anyone wiling to share the burden or take it all on.
