I have only seen it during the day (only time I have really been down there), but it has been there on and off for at least 6 weeks. Its a van and a man and of course a camera and radar gun thingy pointing out the back. |

Correct. The National speed limit signs used to go as far up as Astley then change to 60, and then 50 after the M60 junction, but a couple of years ago they extended the 60 stretch to include Leigh & Lowton. |

I always thought a dual carriageway was 60
O/T But whilst this is the nearest to a Driving thread.
Is it now a legal requirement to have a photo/card type licence? |
