I would struggle to leave Reay and Rudd out of the side, both went well at Haven in the reserves and Tony Stewart doesn't have any affect and Maden seems low on confidence aswell. We've loads of backs, and Mort is best suited to FB. I'd have to have Donlan on the wing or centre but we've got to go looking for our outside backs if we've got the proven class of Donlan and Nanyn out there.

We don't have much choice at 6 & 7 Durbin or Riddy at 6. I'd like to see Smith given a go at hooker, Jock isn't doing much at the moment and Armistead could fill the role at 13 with Taylor/Rudd/Leuleui or Reay going in at second row. (Although I prefer Reay at centre myself) Meekin and Castle off the bench. Give Hobson a week off from first team to get his act together.

Donlan is a FULLBACK!!!! why would we play him anywhere else?

Donlan is the best FB in this division and should be played there every game......... use Mort on bench as an impact player and interchange him with Donlan (can cover wing also).

erm.... Miles Greenwood is a better player than Donlan this year.

didnt say williams will save us from doom :s but will take the load off watson then with 2 creative halfbacks we can attack both channels instead of realying on 1 halfback all the time

Forwards - Mike Morrison
Backs - Sam Reay, Adam Rudd, Jamie Durbin

Pretty poor considering 3 of those can't get in the team

Donlan was good.

The only reason that Greenwood has been better than Donlan this year is cos we aint been playing Donlan in his natural position of FB..... we put him there and he will outclass Greenwood easilly.

Can't for the life of me understand why we never use Smith in the hooking role. It is his natural position, a position he is comfortable with and a position he has played a World Club Challenge and numerous SL games at. We need variety at no 9 which Smith will provide. I know we have used Durbin there also but Smith is a more alround hooker. Sounds familiar to the Donlan situation!
