Those 3 would,nt have made any differance the players are,nt strong enough and fitness levels are poor throughout the squad
Very poor in all departments speed, tactics tackling, the attack is non existance you only have to look at the points for n against to see how bad this team is and it is BAD..........................

I would say that Prescot then would be comparible to Workington / Blackpool today. I honestly don't think we could beat those comfortably at the moment. Our defence gets worse by the week and we have had hardly any attacking options near the opponents line all season except the little kicks. Believe me - THESE are BAD DAYS also.

good business man(farm,pub and newsagents just to name a few) and workhorse was fletcher. hands on chairman(covering a few roles at the same time). Had a cigar for every home game and you could hear him shouting the team on from a mile away.
deserves to be in the honours list.

well no positives really, i suppose it only lasted for 80 minutes. by the way i'm mad so i will be going to watch the boys at haven and fax, and every other away ground this season, but like i said i'm not all there.

Moving into such a great stadium as the LSV we should have brought in a top coach ie Millward brought in a few class players and the people of Leigh & District would have responded instead we try to run a team on the cheap and its had major disasterous results resulting in crowds dwindling
team performances shocking WE ARE A JOKE THE SUPPORTERS OF LEIGH RLFC DESERVE MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN THIS.....
The directors of Leigh should have seen the signs early on this season when life long Leigh fans stopped coming to games...

fair enough watching a side that is not wnning nd is playing bad can be tough and paying money to see it is even worse but as a fan of both halifax town football club and halifax rlfc i would have thought that true supporters follow there clubs through good times and bad. in life you have to suffer good times and bad and when supporting a team you will also expericance the same things but surely no matter how bad you play you still turn up to support a club you love.

like i said last season i watched my beloved football club go bust and start up 4 divisions lower than the one we were in but i didnt care about that i loved the club and still payed for a season ticket because i watch them through thick and thin.

halifax rugby got relegated from super league with 0 points and i still went to watch them.

i may be the only one but when you pick a team to support you support them through the good times and the bad times.
