When I was little my dad always isisted it was done with a pastry crust. When the pastry was cooked from the heat of the simmering lobby underneath he got my mother to shove the crust below the lobby,s surface for about 15 minutes.
We still loved him though
and when he,d get home from work mam would say,Whats want for thee tea. Dad invariably said lobby with a sunken crust.
Isn,t it boring without RL and Widnes are ahead 14-6 at Halifax at HT.
