Game a lot slower in championship defences not as quick off the mark fitness levels not same as full time I think he will go well

There are always comings and goings season to season but success is built on a continuity also. So bit concerned about the departure of players that got us oromote last time and could do it again would been good to keep a core of these. Hopefully some good retention confirmed soon, would like to keep Ridy, McNally, Hampshire, Higson, would have liked to have kept Hoppy too, bet he us playing SL next year unlike us! On plus side some great new signings so far can we find a couple more to add?

He will do in most games it's when the big boys come to play we will be in the same position

He made mistakes when tired, as all forwards do. The problem was that there were other forwards 7 years his junior that were blowing out of their backsides after 15 mins, which meant his workload was increased.

Acton was our only prop who could play a spell longer than 20 mins without losing effectiveness. That's why we missed him so much in the 8s.

Presume you mean fit enough, and yes that appears to be the case, it seems clear one has been released because of his work ethic, another hardly played because he was a liability within 10mins of going onto the pitch

Others put the effort in during there training and lifestyle regime, and are prepared to stick there hand up when required, ready or not.
