Bongser found out today that he'd won on the football card run by Greg (our UPS delivery guy) only twenty quid (twenty seven bucks and one cent according to Reuters at close of play) but better than an eye gouging!

Well, well, well!

Bongser has had a few and he intends to have a considerable few more before retiring tonight. Why? Because this weekend has been one of none to few phews!

The Trotters were dead, buried & relegated as they were trailing on 86 minutes but then came the Dei ex machina in the 87th & 88th minutes (Deus bless their lil white polyester socks). Jeune Bro’ Bongser immediately texted “Worra ding-dong do!” to which Bongser replied “Futba, blo0dy hell!” – a quotation from the topical Sir Alex Ferguson (get well soon – from a Bolton fan!) following a similar late turnaround in the 1999 European Cup Final. Ol’ Pa Bongser has indeed been dead and buried these last three years and more but Bongser still texted “PHEW!” to his last mobile number.

PS: There are also two rearranged Championship games this week on which (some of) you have already punted – for others it’s too late. Bongser will remind you of your earlier punts tomorrow.

Those punts will not contribute to the CCup Pokemon but will count towards anyone's possible WWB.
