Think it would take something a bit more appealing than some interest from Wakey for Martyn to leave. In his interview Derek did say he couldn't fit everyone in under the cap as he'd like to so I wouldn't expect any announcement till after the meeting with the Championship clubs he mentioned later in the month. He did say he could fit everyone in playing with the loopholes so I still expect he's coming, just his contract will depend on what goes on at the meeting.



Question is will Ryan? Riddy is more of an organiser the Ryan or Rangi who are more try scorers. Coupled with that Ridy is a Leigh lad who was given a second chance at professional rugby by Leigh, Ryan is a very promising much talked about young player who's made no secrets of his SL ambitions & Rangi is an international player. Imagine it'll be Ryan Rangi coming could most upset.

Chase and Brierley is potentially a frightening combination. As others have stated, that 4 th pivot with the hooker is still needed.
Martin carries a bit of clobber now, but can we risk him defensively to play at 13? Along with lack of pace, they are the 2 main concerns.
But he is more skilled at kicking and passing than the others combined!
It's going to be interesting because he isn't going to play off the bench, that's for sure!

Ste ,I've listened to Derek's interview a couple of times now, he DID say there are ways to fit them under the Salary Cap ,but also said he didn't want to go down that avenue,I have my own theories on how they can be accommodated that's why I'm a bit worried,obviously you are privy to better info than me so I hope I'm worrying over nothing.
