Charlie, the height of the tower is 518 ft 9 inches, but according to Google was modelled on the Eiffel Tower which in summer grows taller by nearly 7 inches (hence winter or summer). Google also states that 1990 was the last time animals where used in the circus.

A foot in both camps (Lancs and Yorks). Mum originally from Bolton and Dad from Doncaster. I live in Donny, as did the parents as it's where they met.

Mum's family were all Wanderers supporters and Dad took me to my first RL match (at Tattersfield). Hence, allegiances were forged. I remain a season ticket holder of both the Wanderers and the Dons.
