I was commnting on a previous post that someone made saying they won't come on board until directors have been paid off but surely they need to enquire first

Thats always been the main problem. Then the negotiating can start about who wants paying what etc. Didn't one director that stepped down hold out for money ? Nope. 1p a share, and I'm sure the investment could have conditions by the new person(s) just like LISA does.
If investors are there then make themselves known, I'm sure AT would love to talk to anyone wiling to share the burden or take it all on.

That director knows nobody will take that offer up due to the caveats placed on it

So what if the same conditions were placed on all the shares ?

I dont think asking a future director to match my ' investment ' is unreasonable , do you ?

As a caveat Yes I do.
The club has no value, when SCL took over we had a SL dream that was realistic, we had been the best PT club for years and SL was near. We had a lease on an assett that had a value.
We now have nothing of value, debt, reduced income and little hope of SL.
A bit like bank shares, things are worth what somebody will pay for them, and that price will go up or down.
Are there still Golden Shares, or can investment grab ownership without Directors loans creeping in??
