Being away from this level of rugby may well hamoer his player decision making so he will obviously need assistance in that as would any reasonably thinking person would, but as head coach I would assume he would have the last say.

3 year contract? will he honour it this time?

Bagged him when he was here so nothing changes , just cant trust anyone who's done it once.
