Hello Leighites. I have watched Maria in his rare appearances during the last 5 years and would have been happy if the club had discarded him at any time before 2016. However, he has made great progress this season and has fully earned his place in the 17. Like all French props he rarely offloads or even passes , but he is much stronger than he was and also very fast for a prop.We let Springer go to Cas. last year and it looks as if our highly paid imports-most of whom,but not all, have been very good- are making it difficult for us to keep some of our home grown products.Good luck in the play offs.
