But even at Featherstone we were clueless in attack, and as for half back well it just showed when with the introduction of Durbin it allowed Watson more time to be creative and to take on the line more, we need a stand off and at least one centre FAST this would allow AJ to go back to th forwards where he is far more accomplished and at home, for me Rourke and JT are both similiar players, Haggerty should be at 13.
The problems being of course have we any more money in the pot to bring in these players?

Collectively a bad day all round, we should not be out enthused by anyone that’s just not acceptable, we aren’t big enough to take teams on down the middle, we have to play smarter, be quicker at PTB, keep turning big teams around and improve our defensive pattern especially on the right.

Mr Kelly has some work to do this week.

Agree with that Fred, though the comment was in relation to the enthusiasm (or lack of it on Sunday) of the side - the sheer grit and determination, not to mention quality of defence, made up for the poor attacking play at Fev, but very few positives to take from Sunday's performance.

Just because we’ve played worse previously doesn’t make it acceptable, I can accept defeat, but I expect to walk away saying “Oh well at least we tried our best” yesterday I didn’t, did you?

i have been going for 40 years and i am struggling to remember a worse side.

we have got to get some experience and size in that pack .

i just hope the new signings rumours come true

but at the end of the day they are the only team ive got and i will support them no matter what

Love the ian Tempo lucas quote,but surely we are a better side than that team.we need experience in the forwards,and guile in the backs.i was told that Kelly didnt want durbin our chairman signed him,the way he is treated (durbin)makes me think that is the state of play.I would never BOO the mighty Leigh,but its the closest Ive ever been.come on leythers give the lads your support(and i dont mean a surgical one!)

Well I,ve been watching over 50 seasons and I have seen games which really p me off. Ive seen a lot worse than yesterdays performance but I am not happy with yesterday. We can do better but we didn,t. Thats what is so annoying.

Where did i say that i was happy with yesterday???? The problem is once we lose at home in a poor manner all the dolls go out of the pram and its the end of the world Leythers have always been the same probably always will.
Maybe some new blood before the end of the week will brighten everybodys day LETS HOPE SO!

NK had a history of losing the dressing room at Widnes, he seems to be going along the same lines here.
If the chairman signed Durbin against NK's wishes then he needs to sort that with AT, if he cant see we need a quicker tempo that Durbin provides then I suggest a career change and specsavers.
He seems to have the same problem with Rudd
