He hasn't got a case to answer all contracts null and void when we went down only larroyer seemed to be upset as I think he'd just bought a house and wanted to stay but we didn't offer him a deal

That doesn’t mean he’s no case, the problem with Employment Law is until someone actually challenges a specific clause in a contract it’s considered correct, but at court it could be overturned. This could possibly become the McNally ruling in the same way the Bosman ruling came into football.
