however in reality, can any club outside s/l justify having a store open 6 or 7 days a week??


if a speccy wants merchandise, they invariably get it on match day

Works out around £24/ft2 by my reconing.

Average retail/commerical/office rates in Leigh are around £15/ft. And theres lots of it too.

You could buy land and build a retail outfit like that, and have it paid off within 8 years for those rates.

No I am not having it, LSV charging to much for something, I think there could be a lesson to learn there.
