If true this would be a very good move for Sam , not only only he benefit from fulltime coaching and training , his career could blossom at Wigan , and we could still have him on loan or DR , everyones a winner .

Except we'll have to try and unearth another gem to replace him instead of relying on a(nother) dual.

Matt if Sam went to Wire or Saints as has been reported we wouldn't see him again in a Leigh shirt , this way we will , and it aint fair to deny the Lad a chance to play for the best Team in the Country .

No problems with a player leaving who doesn't want to be here but lets stop being a damn charity to players when they leave.
If Sam goes then he goes to Wigan and joins the others in the reserves heading down to South Wales for a match or fighting for a first team spot, its time Leigh ended the utter one sided partnership with Wigan and started looking after our own interests long term rather than everyone else.

Jenky , our squad is low on numbers at the moment , if we didn't have the Wigan players on DR who from our squad would you have replace them?Our reserves are coming on a treat , but nowhere near ready for fitst team duties yet.
As for the partnership being one sided , I disagree , we are benefitting from having lads in out first team,who have a great future in the game , ie ,Scott Taylor , Tom Spencer ,and hopefully a couple of the younger lads , I would love to see George Williams ,and Rocky Hampshire given a go at Leigh .

Lets face it would we feel the same if it was Wire or Saints we were in partnership with?Wigan have THE best prospects in the Country playing for them , just look at their reserves results for proof of this .
