19 man squads are out:

Leigh:

Higson, Worthington, Spencer, Brierley, Moimoi, Weston, Hansen, Hock, Paterson, Higham, Pownall, Maitua, Acton, Foster, Hopkins, Chase, Smith, Whiting, Emmitt

Bradford:

Clare, Pitts, Purtell, Mathers, Lovegrove, Welham, Gaskell, O'Brien, Sidlow, Caro, Clark, Blythe, Addy, Olbison, Mellor, Haggerty, Ferguson, Walker, Crossley

Was hoping for a few players returning to be honest. Still no Ridyard, Beswick or Kay. Paterson is named in the 19 but has been the last few weeks before pulling out late on.

Think apart from Eze Harper they are the only 19 fit players we have available at the minute. Only 7 backs named in the squad so they would seem to pick themselves.

Going to be a massive ask on Sunday but you can't pick and choose when to play your toughest matches so we need to get on with it, support the lads in big numbers and hope that Sunday is the day we finally click!

Why will it be a massive ask? You predict a loss for Leigh on the Bradford board and then base that prediction on three players missing here!.

I just haven't seen the cutting edge so far that we showed last season. Poor against Batley, ok against Oldham, poor for 65 minutes against London.

Not writing us off and I will be going to Odsal hoping for a win but we haven't been too convincing so far.

McNally, Kay, Armstrong, Tonga, Ridyard, Beswick, Dixon, Barlow are all missing. Pala has been let go too due to always being injured. Those are quality players and would be missed by any side. Ridyard especially always makes us a much much stronger side and would be the 1st name on the teamsheet for me if fit.

Our forwards are still very strong and if we can sort keep penalties and errors down then hopefully our forwards can win the battle which would give us a great chance. Our back line is shot to pieces and whilst there is still a lot of quality there I think the constant chopping and changing (especially in the halves) has meant we haven't got the understanding yet that we had last season when our backs were fairly settled.

Bradford away is the toughest game of the season and we are going into it down to the bare bones. Of course we can win but there is a reason the bookies have us as the underdogs for Sunday. When was the last time that happened in a league match? Pretty sure we were favourites in every single game last season.

There is still a lot of quality in that 19 man squad and I am sure we can win if we play at our best. But we haven't been close to our best yet this season. Hopefully that will change on Sunday and we will get the win.

I hope you are right atomic and will be over the moon if we smash Bradford all over Odsal

Yes, i must admit we have the pack this year so there should be very little in the way of excuses. Its a matter of how 1-5 slot in with 6 and 7 !

It isn't a lightweight bench either, so it looks like that type of game for which will be very cagey.

Lets be honest, Bradford havn't played anyone yet, and the London game must have done us some good. Bradford to sneak it for me, but if Leigh take them to the sword, it may shut a few people up on the boards.

in my opinion we have a better set of forwards but they seem to have more pace in the backs.A close call

All about discipline for me. If we keep our heads with those forwards and Higham dictating the game nobody in this league should touch us.
Need to change our style of play and be more up the middle - we showed for 10 mins last week how we can rip teams up when we play like we are capable of

I agree with this mostly Snowy.

Our pack is very, very impressive, in fact other fans inc Bulls fans have eluded to this being a threat several times. The forwards line up is head & shoulders above anything our Great Club has ever had before & would do quite well in SL.

We all know that our backs are currently decimated by injuries & this is where we could come unstuck tomorrow. Gaskell is a quality 6 & if he can get their centres & wings flying then I foresee a tough day at the office for our boys, especially if they get that Omari Caro buzzing * I don't see our centres & wings getting near him*

As for shutting people up on other boards, well it ain't gonna happen even if we won by 30 (which we won't).
