No mention of finances in the link is there - so how do we know how it affects the champ teams

And assuming we don't finish top I quite like the 5 team play off for promotion ( not in the link but has been announced since, along with the champ going to 14 teams)

When this new revolutionary structure, containing the previously much maligned loop fixtures, fails to grab new spectators through the gates and gains no super dooper new TV deal in 2020, then what? I can see it now , 2 years down the line.

Said it on the VT H as soon as the new structure was announced- liscencing within the next 3 years, this is just an initial softener to suck the champ vote in. They must think us fans are as thick as some of the chairmen
