Shame that but understandable in the circumstances. Hope he gets an opportunity to come back at some point. I think he did enough to earn a full time contract next time rather than the part time deal he was on.

If the season restarts and he and the club reach a deal, it would be nice for fans to pay his airfare back. I will put the first £100 in that hat.
