In respect of a Full Time Contract Player whose contract is due to expire on 30 November in any given year, the Club must notify him in writing on or before 30th April in writing whether they:
(a) intend to offer him terms of re-engagement;
(b) do not intend to offer him a contract; or
(c) are yet to determine their position as a Club.

Never nice to see someone loose their job, JD will have bills to pay like everyone else, the smoke show has been building up speed since pre season as to how poor this were being done, shame but in a results based job an E for effort does not cut the mustard.
