Doesn’t surprise me if true Monty , great bloke , just not got the input that’s needed , hopefully we don’t appoint another in house bloke ,IE Micky Higham , we need an experienced bloke who can come on and stamp his own identity on the team , not an easy job , good luck to them .

Good luck to whoever comes in, they're going to need it. Hopefully they bring their magic wand with them that will magically get some results from our threadbare squad. What was a difficult job for Duffs has been made impossible due to lack of investment on players. The silence has been deafening from Beaumont on that subject. The exodus, it seems, has already begun with Russell, Mason and Thornley rumoured to have signed elsewhere and you can hardly blame them. One year contracts... That'll be another brand new squad for the championship then next season with a new coach to boot. Makes you wonder why we even bothered applying for superleague when we've gone at it so half heartedly. Absolute shambles.

How difficult is it to offer deals that say XX salary in the Championship or XX salary in the SL?
