You can only beat who is in front of you.

It's a power play by the NRL which will only highlight its only bunkum when those countries send teams to other parts of the world to compete in other tournaments over the next few years while Australia itself drifts in and out of lockdowns under the delusion that zero covid is a viable stance to take in a global economic world, or just for the sheer authoritarian insanity of it.

Massive fail, most people credit Thompson for his 2 golds

In Moscow the Russians finished 2nd, 3rd &18th
In LA the yanks finished 6th, 7th & 12th.

Thompson’s regular duels were with Jurgen Hingsen who was West German.

Thompson was a world class athlete and your comments say more about you than him.
