With good British players now commanding a hefty price tag. What British Championship bargains have you seen this season?
Personally I think the following players would add something to the Leigh Squad.
Samy Kibula (Bradford) 6ft 4in 17st 3lb - Was a real handful and put a brilliant kick in for Bradford's only try
Adam Lawton (Widnes) 6ft 7in 19st 10lb - Big strong lad - required to do a mountain of work at Widnes
Matty Wildie (Featherstone) 5ft 9in 13st 1lb - Did not really rate him when at Leigh, but has worked tirelessly to defeat Leigh (without success in the last 2 games)
Craig Hall (Featherstone) 6ft 4in 14st 11lb - Shame he only stayed for one season

Anyone else caught the eye? I was hoping to find a British half-back.

Of your shopping list, Septimius, Bongser would only demur on Kibula. Yes a good kick (one swallow does not a summer of rugby make) but have seen him put in several performances where he seemed to be labouring and failing to keep up. It's fair to say that the Bradford players under Kear seemed to pile on a few pounds of non-muscle. Still, if a coach that brooks no burgers got hold of him maybe things would be different.
