Well it wasn’t quite 82, but no Reynolds, and Hingano off early in the second half with an injury, makes the 66 a very good haul, and the 0 as predicted is another quality defensive showing.
The last few weeks we have really turned the screws on Fev, who won today but leaked another 22 points. Not only have we opened up a 3 point lead recently, we have also widened the points difference, which was getting closer, but is now 166.
IF we make the Million Pound Game, I fancy we will benefit from our expansive pitch way more than Fev.

Pleased for Charnley scoring on debut. When Bongser used to compete in the Wolves prediction league, one of the weekly questions was to name the first scorer for the Wire and this competitor's weekly answer was Charnley - would have got points this week. Not so on Superleigh Predictor as forgot to enter yet again.

Special mention for Krisnan. B had to follow the match on Twitter as was stuck in work so no BBC Cumbria allowed. A Josh try and a hat-trick for Nene suggests wide groundings and so 11 successful conversions out of 11 is more than fair to middling. This corner has him down as bagging 202 Leigh points in only 13 outings. More than made up for being a tad wayward last time out against Worky.
