After all he is a businessman and making money comes first. Also, says he is on about filling the ground with 12000 spectators. Can't see that myself, except for a couple of games. Expect average crowds to be more like 6000. Can't see many away fans paying 30quid.

Just a throwaway quote from DB I think.

I read it as he's suggesting that if his plans work out then we'll be a club that would interest investors. Might be a medium / long-term plan, but nothing else.
