After 9 months without a website, we now have a gremlin in the works. Anybody who thinks we are going to Ace the IMG grading is sadly mistaken. The solution at the club is to recruit a "Content Producer" paying circa £28K I hope they get someone good.

On a personal note, I have written twice to the club and have failed to receive any acknowledgement which is odd considering this is on the website -

"Whether you’re a passionate fan, a member of the media, or have any other enquiries, we’d love to hear from you. Please use the form below to get in touch with us, and our dedicated team will respond to your message as soon as possible. We appreciate your support and look forward to connecting with you."

I believe SimplySolveIT are the website designers. Other than that, I don't know who is responsible henceforth.

Totally agree with the opening post Sept. I was alarmed at how low we were in the IMG provisional rankings and particularly that we were ranked below Toulouse who haven't won anything and only had one year in Superleague. If we do not sort out all things digital, then despite the brilliant on field performance, and all the efforts made to meet IMG requirements, we could face a nasty shock at the end of next season.

The gremlin will just be a missing semi-colon or an extra semi-colon in the coding. Easy fix for someone who knows what they're doing. They just need to contact the company who supports it to correct it. A few minutes work.

That is 4 days with the website not fully functioning. Unbelievable when the future of the club depends upon it.

Email from "Derek" to say the website was being populated with all the new merchandise. It's slow in loading but getting there.

Some stuff looks good.

The site was down for half the day. When it was restored, the store was semi-populated and the Home Page and News are still screwed. Honestly this is inept service. The Host provider should be paying out big time in failed Service Level, and up-time.
